Hi, I’m Rachael.

Yoga gave me the gift of unconditional self-acceptance five years ago. On the mat, I hope to give you the same power: a way to be with yourself as you are.

My group classes balance vinyasa sequences with meditative yin practices. My private classes integrate any modalities in whatever ratios you desire. In our world where everything feels mandatory, our place will be one where everything is optional. It is your practice, so everything from a pose to a breathing technique is your choice.

In any class, you can expect hands-on adjustments (as desired or not), good music, and plenty of laughter.

My past clients have included beginners, military veterans, adaptive athletes, climbers, dancers, powerlifters, CrossFit athletes, and advanced yogis. I specialize in military veteran and adaptive athlete populations.

Off the mat, I’m a grad student, Army veteran, and a coffeeshop enthusiast.

  • 800+ hours teaching group, private, and online classes

  • Studied classical Jivamukti and Ashtanga methods under the legendary Lynn Rescigno

  • Certified Level 1 Instructor, Warriors at Ease (leverage knowledge of the autonomic nervous system to address stress & trauma unique to the military lifestyle)
